The true purpose of meditation is to reconnect with the quiet awareness that lives beneath all our thoughts and emotions — the part of us that never changes.

Through gentle practice, we learn to move beyond the noise of the mind and return to this inner stillness. From that space, peace, clarity, and healing naturally arise.

If you can get to a point of consistently meditating 15-20 minutes before starting your day and again before going to sleep that is optimal for most people.

Before the session, we set an intention together. You’ll relax in a comfortable, quiet space while I facilitate healing from afar. Afterward, I’ll send a written summary of impressions and insights within 48 hours.
